Attention all lacrosse players! We know it feels like you have lost your spring, but we want to make sure we help you use this time to continue to improve. Therefore, we have created a training program that follows the Governor’s guidelines of social distancing and allows us to hit the ground running in June when we are able to work together 1 on 1!
During the month of May, Coach Ray will send you position specific workouts for athletes to complete in any room or yard. Athletes will use a smart device to record themselves doing the workouts. Coach Ray will then schedule a virtual session for us to review the workout and discuss areas of fundamental improvement. This will be done 4 times in May.
During the Month of June, we will schedule 1 on 1 private lessons either at Athletes Academy or a local park. We will social distance and follow best practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment. This will be done 5 times during the month of June (and July if needed).
